Sampling
You and we see and check the goods before production starts. Nothing goes into series without your written approval.
Request a quoteBefore production we obtain pre-production samples directly from the factory: one to you and one for reference with us. Each side checks material, workmanship, fit and colours in hand, not just from photos.
During production we also pull samples from the line so deviations show up early. The full quantity is produced only after your approval.
3D sampling makes cut, colour and placement visible before the first physical sample and can shorten coordination rounds. A 3D model does not replace a sample in hand. We send you a sample before the series, so you can see and feel the product with your own hands before you buy. Samples and their shipping are charged; we tell you the cost in advance.
We work with several sampling stages: first, second and third samples, and more if needed. During production our team in China visits the factory and accompanies the samples and production process on site.
From tech pack to pre-production sample
A tech pack or clear product specification is the shared basis for manufacturer, customer and quality inspection. It records material, measurements, size grading, workmanship, colour, finishing, labels and packaging. A reference article, sketch and clear requirements can start the process if no tech pack exists.
The manufacturer turns this information into a pre-production sample. Deviations and requested changes are documented so the next round does not start from zero. Written sample approval makes the approved item the reference for series production.
What sample approval checks
Approval covers more than appearance. Depending on the article, you and we check fit, measurements, fabric feel and weight, seams, colours, printing or embroidery, trims, labels and packaging. Anything that misses the target is corrected before series production.
A production sample from the active line then shows whether the approved requirements are being reproduced consistently. Before loading, our own team then runs the final check of the finished goods on site.
