Get in touch by email or WeChat with your product category, target quantity and timeline. The minimum order is 300 pieces. We reply within 48 hours with a first assessment.

Quote & sampling
We research manufacturers from our network, obtain prices and send a quote including landed cost and lead time. Every order starts with a pre-production sample directly from the factory. You approve material, workmanship and fit before a single piece goes into production.

Confirmation & payment
When the contract is signed, 60% of the order value is due; the remaining 40% follows once the shipping document is issued. Production starts only after your written approval. Our team monitors progress on site and pulls production samples for your and our ongoing control.

Pre-shipment inspection
Before loading, our own team in China checks the finished goods on site at the producer. Deviations are caught before the goods are shipped. In case of justified deviations we take responsibility and, where appropriate, have the goods reproduced.

Shipping & customs clearance
Factory pickup, export documents, sea or air freight on the fastest and most cost-effective route, tariff classification and customs clearance are coordinated as one process. Shipment tracking and optional marine cargo insurance are included as agreed.

Last-mile delivery
We coordinate last-mile delivery to your company, warehouse or fulfilment centre: DDP in all EU countries, DAP in Switzerland (Swiss customs duty and VAT are cleared by you). Delivery to individual B2C customers can be arranged on request.
