Confirmation & payment

The order confirmation records the approved product specification, quantity, total price and lead time. This creates one binding basis for you, us and the manufacturer before production starts.

During production, our team follows progress on site and checks production samples. For larger orders, letter-of-credit protection can be agreed on request.

Your part in this step: you review the order confirmation, approve the specification in writing and arrange payment. You pay your German contractual partner and receive a German invoice. You pay 60% when the contract is signed and 40% once the shipping document is issued, and production starts only after your written approval.
