Quote & sampling

Suitable factories are compared against your product, quality level, quantity and target price. Every manufacturer is verified before the first order, including a business licence check, and the price is negotiated directly at the factory.

The quote lists the landed cost to your address, made up of unit price, freight, duty and delivery, plus the lead time for production and transport and the cost of the sample and its shipping. Once you accept, the manufacturer makes a sample to your specification, and you check material, workmanship, fit and colour on the physical piece. The sample and its shipping are always charged, at the amount the quote already states. If something is off, the correction goes back to the manufacturer; when everything fits, you approve the sample in writing, and only then does the series start.
