Many import projects fail at handovers between supplier search, sampling, quality control, freight and customs. We coordinate these as one order. The approved product specification stays the reference from the first enquiry through the final check by our own team before loading.

Felix and our Chinese team manage supplier communication from China, Ben is the German contact in Hamburg. You receive a complete quotation based on the agreed specification and delivery address, plus a German invoice. B2B buyers get one accountable partner instead of separate agents for each part of the import.

You don't have to fly to China, negotiate 1,000+ unit MOQs, apply for an EORI number, organise German customs clearance, or sign container-sharing contracts. Our minimum is 300 pieces – we handle the rest. You get finished goods with a German invoice.

Manufacturer search, enquiries and logistics planning run largely automated, keeping our workflow lean. Supplier vetting, negotiation and approval stay with us. With 3D sampling you settle cut and branding on a digital model before the first physical sample. We send you a sample before the series, so you can see and feel the product with your own hands before you buy. Samples and their shipping are charged; we tell you the cost in advance.
