Felix and our Chinese team work daily with manufacturers in China and find the right factory for your product – by category, quality level and target price.

Our producers have already been vetted and proven by our network of globally active traders. You draw on that shared experience instead of unknown, random suppliers.

Every manufacturer is verified before the first order, including a business licence check. You work with a vetted partner our team knows personally, and we negotiate the price for you as well as we can, with no hidden markups.

Manufacturer search, enquiries, quote comparison and logistics planning run largely automated. Supplier assessment, negotiation and every approval stay with us personally.

We turn a sketch or tech pack into a comparable enquiry. Suitable manufacturers are separated from trading companies, every quote refers to the same specification. Material, measurements, workmanship, finishing, packaging, quantity and delivery destination are structured before prices are compared.

This shows why similar offers differ – a lower unit price may rest on lighter fabric, simpler seams, different packaging or missing logistics costs. We compare the finished article and its landed cost to your address, not the unit price alone.

Felix and our Chinese team coordinate sourcing from China and work with manufacturers in the same time zone. Before a first order, we check the business licence and match the actual production capabilities to your requirements. Open points are resolved and documented before sampling and ordering.

You still deal with a German contractual partner. Ben supports the commercial side from Hamburg; quotation, coordination and invoicing come from DS Trading. German companies get one clear contact while operational communication takes place directly in China.

For custom products, manufacturer selection is followed by sampling. We send you a sample before the series, so you can see and feel the product with your own hands before you buy. Samples and their shipping are charged; we tell you the cost in advance. Series production begins only after your approval, with the written specification and approved sample serving as references.

Before loading, our own team in China checks the finished goods on site at the producer against the approved requirements. We then organise sea or air freight, customs clearance and DDP delivery to the EU (Switzerland: DAP). Sourcing therefore ends with a calculable delivery to your address, not at the factory gate.
