Payment Security
A clearly defined process and, on request, letter of credit protection so your payment is secure.
Request a quoteThe payment process is transparent: you pay 60% when the contract is signed and 40% once the shipping document is issued. Before loading, our own team in China checks the goods on site at the producer against your approved specifications. So you know the right goods in the agreed quality are on the way.
For larger orders we offer letter of credit protection on request, giving you additional payment security. No hidden markups, a secure and traceable process.
Separate payment timing from approvals
Payment, production approval and shipment approval are separate control points. Before the series, you approve the specification and sample in writing. Before loading, our own team checks the finished goods on site against that reference. The payment schedule does not replace these checks; it sits inside a documented process.
The quotation records the service, quantity and delivery route being paid for. Changes to material, finishing, packaging or transport are agreed before implementation so no unexplained surcharge appears later.
What a letter of credit can and cannot do
For suitable larger orders, a letter of credit can tie payment to defined documents and conditions. Whether it is commercially and practically appropriate depends on the order, banks, documents and costs, so it is not promised as a blanket solution.
A letter of credit is not a quality inspection. Product quality is controlled through the specification, approved sample, production checks and pre-shipment inspection. The tools address different risks and need separate planning.
- Transparent payment process: 60% on signing, 40% after shipment
- Pre-shipment inspection by our own team on site
- Optional letter of credit protection
- No hidden markups
