Shipping & customs clearance

We coordinate pickup at the factory, consolidation where required and the transport schedule. The transport mode is selected according to quantity, weight, budget and required delivery date. Sea freight is generally more economical; air freight is faster. We keep you informed about the shipment status.

We check the commercial invoice, packing list, applicable HS code and possible anti-dumping duties. We handle the import declaration, customs documents and complete clearance. Optional marine cargo insurance can cover the transport risk.

After clearance, you receive transparent documentation of the import process and an invoice with German VAT ID and DATEV-compatible booking information. For EU business customers outside Germany, VAT treatment depends on the delivery route and destination country; we clarify how it appears on the invoice before you order and state it in the quotation. You do not need to coordinate a separate customs broker or provide your own EORI number.
